How it works:

1. Complimentary Health Insight Call (15min)
Start with a free consult to explore your goals, uncover the root causes of your symptoms or limitations, and map out a strategy for lasting progress.

2. Comprehensive Virtual Assessment
Receive a thorough, one-on-one assessment via Zoom. We’ll educate and look at your movement, strength, pelvic floor, and overall function to fully understand your needs. Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or managing pelvic health concerns.

3. Personalised Functional Training Program
Get a custom program built just for you. Your plan is tailored to your life, your goals, and the equipment you have (home or gym). We focus on rebuilding strength, improving movement, and supporting your pelvic floor.

4. Ongoing Support & Access
Stay connected with regular online check-ins (voice, text or video message) for questions, motivation, and technique checks. You’ll never feel alone or unsure between sessions, help is always at your fingertips.
